Positive Realistic approach

Do you want to become a better climber, but are you struggling to see how you can improve yourself? Are you stuck at the same level or do you have specific goals you want to achieve? With Wildflower training & coaching, we offer various different programs, focussed on both the mental and the physical aspect of climbing.

We have many years of climbing and coaching experience in our team. From group trainings in the gym to coaching National top climbers at World Cups and other international competitions.

Our approach goes beyond just making physical training schedules. We see that many people can train their body, but we often forget how important the mind is in everything that we do, and especially in climbing. We use this insight to make our training as personal as possible and to build a bond between the coach and the climber.

What we offer is positive realistic coaching. We help you find what it is that is holding you back and help you improve those aspects, as well as focussing on your strengths and making the most of what you already have.

Technique Training

Improve your climbing technique with a group of motivated climbers and a professional coach who will help you develop the skills you lack to break through to the next level. With a group of max 8 people there will be lots of personal attention to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and learn how you can work on them.

Open technique trainings are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 19:00 to 20:30. Available and open for reservation with the TRAINING subscription in the Sportivity app or single training session if not fully booked.

 

Strength Training

Get stronger to climb harder with guided strength training specified for climbing. From basic power training such as weightlifting, to training specified for climbing, like campusboarding. All this with the guidance of one of our strength trainers in a group of max. 8 people.

Open strength trainings are on Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 to 8:00. Available and open for reservation with the TRAINING subscription in the Sportivity app or single training session if not fully booked.

 

Mobility Training

Increasing your range of motion is vital for improving your climbing level. Train your mobility and flexibility and learn new exercises to move better on the wall, prevent injuries and recover faster after heavy training sessions.

Mobility trainings are on Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:00. Available and open for reservation with the TRAINING subscription in the Sportivity app or single training session if not fully booked. Training by movement and mobility coach Eddie van Dongen.

 

Explosivity Training

Explosivity is one of the most important things in new school bouldering. Improve your explosivity and strength by learning how to use your body in the right ways and how to strengthen it. Use off the wall explosive body weight exercises to get better at dynamic moves in the boulders.

Explosivity trainings are on Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:00. Available and open for reservation with the TRAINING subscription in the Sportivity app or single training session if not fully booked. Training given by parkour and jumping expert Max Condon.

 

Personal Coaching

One on one coaching helps you improve on your weaknesses and learn how to optimize your strengths in climbing to perfection. Our professional coaches will analyse your climbing, help you develop the right skills to improve your level and guide you with figuring out the best way to train to reach your climbing goals.

Youth Training

For kids who want to train to get better at climbing and train for youth competitions with a small, motivated group and experienced climbing coaches. Special boulders will be set to fit the kids’ wishes and optimize their potential by offering them the thing they love: climbing stuff! We will not only train together, but we will also guide the kids to progress in a safe and fun environment and teach them how to train properly from a young age.

 

Wildflower Team

The Wildflower Climbing team trains together multiple times per day for hard outdoor projects and international competitions.
